General Motors CEO Mary Barra told us in September last year that the largest US automaker will roll out a self-driving model 2017 CTS sedan with super cruise technology that takes control of steering, acceleration and braking at speeds of up to 70 miles per hour. I like the idea, but before GM kickstart this project, I would like to make a prediction: When GM's 2017 cadillac model hit the market, the US automaker will be the first to recall a self-driving car. Mark my words.

Above is Google's kaola-faced fully functional self-driving car. It has brakes and a steering wheel, and can travel at a top speed of 25 miles per hour.
Meet Lutz Pathfinder, the prototype pod for UK’s first driverless car
The first thing you would say when you see this car is, ''what the hell is this?'' It's a self-driving car! So now I believe you understand when we say self-driving cars are robotic vehicles. You will recall that in December, last year, I told you guys that UK plans to trial self-driving cars on public roads in four cities: Brsitol. Greewich, Conventry and Milton Keynes. Well, here's the prototype of UK's autonomous car to be trialed on Britain's roads in Milton Keynes later this year. Hmm, this car look funny to me.

Do we really need Apple's ''Apple Watch?''
To this day I can't understand Apple's decision to make their watch look like, well, like it does. Android Wear is doing it right - watch first, apps later. Apple on the other hand seems to want to give you an iPhone-like experience on your wrist, with apps being the focal point, and a clock app to tell you the time.

Meet the man who said nobody will buy Google Glass, and was he right?
Still wondering why such a great product like Google Glass never caught much attention as it should? You are not alone. But, come to think of it, among the sea of technology bloggers who prophesied all manner of good things about the smart eyewear, when it debuted in 2012, only one man stood out . Though he is not a tech blogger neither a prophet, he foresaw the future of Google Glass. And I think he was righ to some extent.

Huh! Samsung will use Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 in its Windows Galaxy Phone
Well, that is according to the tipster.
Samsung will still make use of Qualcomm's all powerful Snapdragon 810 chip in its new Windows-powered Galaxy smartphone. The unnamed Windows Galaxy phone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor would have a 3GB RAM.That will put it in direct competition with Microsoft lumia phone. This could also mean that Samsung might released its Windows-powered Galaxy smartphone after launching its flagship Galaxy S6 phone.

Guess which company wants to fight its biggest investor with self-driving cars?
Uber!
When Google leads, others follow. Uber, the car riding or taxi company, is in business today because of the money Google pours into it, but the app-based transportation firm wants to take on one of its biggest investors by developing its own self-driving cars. But Google is also rumoured to enter the ''taxi business'' with its own ''autonomous'' cars just as Uber.
Self-driving car quote: "Let's stop thinking for ourselves and allow machines to that for us."
Yes let's put all of our lives into self driving cars. Let's entrust our safety to computers. Let's stop thinking for ourselves and allow machines to that for us.Computers will not omit words and miss things like humans do all the time. I bet the autonomous car will not blow through stop signs or red lights and will have a safer driving record than any human.

Apple or Samsung is the the world’s largest smartphone vendor in Q4 2014?
Am confuse here.
Counterpoint data shows that Apple sold more handsets(74 million) than Samsung in the fourth quarter of 2014; thus took the position of the South Korean tech giant. Strategy Analytics says the two phone makers were neck and neck in the same period with the two companies shipping same number of handsets and held 19% market share. International Data Corporation(IDC), on the other hand, says it was a near tie. But noted that Samsung still remains world's biggest smartphone vendor

In a more industrial setting, developers can build apps for wearables that increase worker efficiency and ensure safety.
Many police departments in North America are using body-‐mounted cameras connected to the Internet to record interactions with the public. The deployments serve as a protection against accusations of questionable police tactics and as evidence in the case of an arrest.

Copycat !Future iPhones and MacBooks may soon track eye movements to control UI elements.
I have said it so many a time that Samsung is way ahead of Apple, but you guys find it so hard to agree with me. Apple's visual control technology patent is somewhat similar to the smart scroll feature on the Galaxy S4. Yes, the S4 for that matter. The Smart Scroll feature uses the front camera to sense when you are looking at your device, and it scrolls through content such as lists, webpages, and messages based on the angle you hold the device. Still in doubt? To activate Smart Scroll, from the Home screen, touch Menu > Settings > My device > Smart screen > Smart scroll. Touch the slider to turn Smart Scroll on . Apple is just a copycat!
