Facebook employees confess worst things working at Facebook

Seriously these are the worst things about working at Facebook? Oh, come on! these are the best things we all wish for working for a company. Like Alexis Kleinman of Huffpost puts it ''these are just humblebrags''.

So many people(including me) daydream about working for Facebook. Butxwhy? our reasons are best known to us. Don't ask me, I won't tell you.

Earlier this year, Facebook was voted as the best place to work by its employees in a Glassdoor's annual survey. But some old and new employees are in agreement that the company is the worst place to work. Why? it's because Facebook offer too
much ''freebies'' to its employees.

A thread was posted on question-and-answer site, Quora. The question asked was ''what's the worst thing about working for Facebook?''. The response from Facebook employees were so ''surprising''.
They said the company offers too much free food, freedom, trust, no meetings and last but not least, the company is too popular. So, let us take a look at some of their answers,..a little.

Too much freedom: At Facebook, workers complain that they are at liberty to put up their true pesrsonality and, not a work personality.

Too much free food: According to them, they work like ants, but eat like elephants. They get too much free meal each day. Is there anything wrong with free food?
There is too much trust: Facebook believes its employees will excel, whether they have nveer worked with the company .

Facebook is too popular: We all know that. One wife of a Facebook former employee named Elaine C. Smith said ''one of the worst things for him(her husband) about working for Facebook is that, most Facebook users who knew he worked there, always asked questions about Facebook, if there had been any issues''. She also added that Facebook users asked her such questions.
So guys, what's your take on this?
