Samsung to launch Note 5 in August over fear Apple might steal the show once again

It looks like the successor to the Galaxy Note 4 phablet, the Note 5, might come sooner than expected; in order for Samsung to have the smartphone market to themselves. And hopefully make life unbearable for the new  iPhone , if news from the Wall Street Journal is anything to go by.

The Journal reports today that Samsung could launch the Galaxy Note  5 phablet in mid-August, instead of September as it normally did with previous Galaxy Note series. For instance the Galaxy Note 3 and Note 4 were released in September of 2013 and 2014. So this year's rush to launch the Note 5 in August could be because Big Sam doesn't want to experience what happened last year. You know sales of the Galaxy Note 4 plummented when Apple Inc launched its big screened smartphones--the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus--in the same month Samsung launched its gadget. In fact  the latter, in particular, caused a lot problems for the curved-screen Note 4 with its 5.5-inch screen. Apple later sold more than 80 million iPhones.

Apple will released its next iPhone which would retain the same design as its predecessor but with added features and specs. For example we are told the iPhone 6S would have a 12-megapixiel camara(an upgrade from the 8MP rear camera) improved speakers and a new feature known as Force Touch will make its way to the new iPhone model.

So now that we know Samsung's going to launch the Note 5 several weeks before the iPhone 6S Plus launch, at least to gain a high market share, don't you think  Apple should surprise them by launching its next iPhone this July? Let me know what you think in the comments.
