That's what someone with a good track record of spilling details of Apple products before they are announced revealed. I'm referring to KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. He said, among other things, that Apple would launch a rose gold iPhone 7 handset in September.
Kuo, who gave out the features of the upcoming iPhone 7 smartphone to Apple Insider, also revealed that the handset will receive lots of improvements over the iPhone 6 smartphones, such as a 12-megapixel camera(up from 8MP) to capture clear photos and 2GB of RAM(also up from 1GB). The current iPhone models sport 8-megapixel front camera and 1GB of RAM. The A9 processor will be adopted
A feature known as Force Touch on the 13-inch MacBook Pro and Apple Watch will make its way to the iPhone 7. The feature is able to tell the amount of pressure you apply on the screen while typing(?). Something the analyst say will be the iPhone 7 selling point.
Looks like the sound coming from the iPhone 6s does not impress Apple that much, Kuo says that it may add another microphone close to the handset speaker in order to enhance voice quality.
The Touch ID fingerprint scanner will improve in that it will capture more quickly, and a restructured internal design will resolve all bending issues associated with the iPhone 6 handsets. I hope so!
Don't expect a bigger iPhone this year as Kuo noted that they will remain at 4.7-inch and 5.5-inches.
