More details of the Uber and Kia Motors Nigeria strategic partnership

Hey Guys, I just received this information from Kia Motors Nigeria that I would like to share with you pertaining to its partnership with American Transportation company Uber . So I will share the information just the way it was sent to me.

Uber is a hailing cab app with global presence that enables users to book a taxi at the comfort of their home through mobile application on their phones/devices. Users are to register with their credit/debit card and the charges for cab service are paid directly from their wallet via the mobile app, powered by their card. Also, investors can buy their car (in as much as it fits into Uber's standard) and get same listed under Uber's platform. The operations and logistics of the car will be managed by Uber and investors will get returns/profits every month end which might range between 70K to over 100K.

Our strategic partnership with Uber is premised on our zest to make Kia a preferred auto brand on Uber's platform and to create investment opportunities for customers with a guaranteed return on investment. Of equal importance to the tie up, noting the fact that some investors might not have the opportunity to make an outright purchase (or total seed money for the investment), we have liaised with Access Bank to give a highly competitive auto loan with 10% equity contribution and flexible repayment tenure of up to 48 months.

In view of the partnership, interested investors can buy Kia Cerato from any outlet either outright or through finance scheme and seamlessly get the car(s) listed on Uber's platform.

Sequel to the above, our sole aim is to drive sales for Kia vehicle by encouraging potential investors to get Kia instead of competition based on its affordability, access to loan with highly competitive edge like 10% equity contribution, fuel economy, low maintenance cost and other USPs for Kia brand.

Below is the EMI chart for the finance scheme with AB. JFYI, not directly linked to the investment, general customers can also avail the offer of N5,000 for their first free ride on Uber by entering the code: RIDEKIA in the app (powered by Kia's partnership - VAS).
