21-year old Mexican Oscar Otero(pictured above) accidentally shot himself in the head while posing for a selfie with a loaded handgun. He had wanted to upload his selfie as his new profile picture on Facebook.

Police say he borrowed the gun and was seen playing around with it. He and his friend had been drinking in Medero and were as drunk as lords so they did not realized the gun was loaded. So while attempting to take his epic selfie, he took out the gun and aimed it at himself, but went off by accident. He died from injuries sustained while on the way to a hospital.
Sad indeed. I just hope this serves as a reminder to all those who are in the selfie craze that guns and selfies they don't go hand in hand. Warn your kids!
