A Redditor made a brilliant suggestion to Google and was added to Maps

Thanks to him you all can now add private names to places that have no actual or real address to Google Maps.

The Redditor, who goes by the name Webbs10101 and a construction worker, suggested to Google that he would like to put names on pins he dropped at different locations that have no real address because he could not remember what each one was, owing to the nature of his job.

Putting those names on the dropped pins would help him remember them easily on map and Google did as he suggested. A few weeks later he received an email from the search giant thanking him that his suggestions has been added. For this reason all the Places you gave private names will show up on your map, in suggestions and in the ''Your Places screen.''

Wow! Good to know that a company listens to what its users want.
