What happens is that, when a Skype user begins a call to your Android phone or tablet but immediately hung up before completing the call, Skype automatically callback the individual and then access your microphone and webcam. Once he/she accepts the call they will be able to see everything happening around you---without you having the faintest idea.
The flaw has not been fix yet but Microsoft responded to the Reddit user that it is working to resolve the issue.
