For the first time, Google released its wearable technology, Glass, in the UK, today. Google Glass is available to anyone above the age of 18 who have £1000 to spend on an augmented reality device. Google is specifically targeting developers, not consumers, with the launch. If you reside in the UK, you can either buy Google Glass from a Google-run store or online. SoftBank's new humanoid robot can recognize and express emotions
This emotional humanoid robot, known as Pepper, was unveiled today by Japanese telecom operator SoftBank. This 4 feet tall robot can do things as a human, for example, it could baby-sit, give a wave and able to sense when its owner is sad, happy or depressed. The robot will make itself useful at the mobile carrier's stores to attend and entertain customers, on Friday.
