Two Miami residents, Christopher Endera and Paul Orshan, have filed a class action lawsuit against US tech giant Apple over claims that the company lied about the amount of storage space left on its 16GB iPhones, iPods and iPads after upgrading their mobile devices from iOS 7 to iOS 8 operating system. They say the amount of user space available is less than what the company advertised.
If you happen to own a 16GB iPad, iPhone or iPods, you will agree with them that upgrading your devices to the new iOS mobile operating system takes a lot of space. You may be force to delete some photos and documents in order to accommodate iOS 8 .
The duo, in the complaint, also accused Apple of unlawful, fraudulent and unfair business acts in that Apple coerce them into paying to have their photos stored on its iCloud storage when they run out of space; which ought not to be.
The class action lawsuit has been filed by the two Miami residents for all owners of the 16GB iPad, iPhone and iPod and Apple is to pay for damages in excess of $5 million.
Well, Apple swindling its customers shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. The CEO is gay and you know what they say ''Gays are terrible liars.''
