As for me, I absolutely agree. Since NCC commenced the registration of SIM Cards in Nigeria, cases of  criminals using cell phones to send false text messages to people, in order to extort money from them has dropped, significantly.

But, on the other hand, NCC still needs to do more to combat these criminals. It should dive into other areas, not just registration of SIM Cards, to ensure that each phone user in the country is well protected.
