Samsung Electronics, the world biggest phone maker, has an urgent dispute to discuss with the country's largest telecom carrier SK Telecom, for planning to sell the Galaxy S5 without Samsung's permission.
Samsung, which plans to release the Galaxy S5 on April 11, was shocked to found out SK Telecoms decision to sell the device in South Korea before the release date. You know, Sk Telecom had asked Samsung if it would be possible to sell the device, but Samsung reportedly said it rejected their plea. But that doesn't stop SK Telecoms and others from doing business.
“We are very puzzled,” Suwon, South Korea-based Samsung said in an e-mailed statement. “SK Telecom strongly asked for an earlier release of the product but we delivered our stance that the global release date of April 11 remains unchanged.”
Hmm! Very interesting.
