That's one thing that gives Apple iOS operating system edge over Google's Android. While only 30 percent of Android devices run on 4.4 KitKat and 10 percent 5.0 Lollipop, 60 percent of iOS devices are currently running iOS 8/8.1 OS, while 35 percent still run iOS 7 and 5 percent on iOS 6 or below, that's according to data released Apple.
Well some of you may take this figures with a pinch salt, given that iPhone and iPad owners always complain of bugs in the operating system and inability to download the latest update owing to its ''largeness .'' iOS 8.8.1 takes a lot of space and thus force users to let go of their precious apps and data. Even after deleting those apps some users still complain that they couldn't download it.
