Yes that's what it said when it replied to one of its customers on Twitter today. As you can see from the above picture, it says ''we plan to upgrade all Windows Phone 8 devices to Windows 10 in the future.'' This comes 5 months after it announced that it would merge all three of its operating systems---Windows Pro,Windows RT and Windows Phone--- into one platform.
