Half-cat spotted in Ottawa, shakes the internet

This mysterious creature was seen in Ottawa, Canada with no ears, two legs and a tail. It was walking down the street of ottawa when a photographer took it picture
Some people concluded, after seeing the picture, that it was a result of Photoshop. But no, what you can see in the picture above is REAL, not Photoshop.
