Having a conversation with someone who speaks a different language is kind of tough, to me. Sometimes I appear like an idiot to the person with whom am communicating with. I try as much to ease myself by using Google translate but nothing still change. But not anymore as Microsoft has unveiled a speech recognition software, called Skype Translator, that has the ability to translate oral and text-based conversation between people who speak different languages during a Skype video call.
Microsoft showed off the technology yesterday. It even tried out the new voice recognition software in a Skype conversation between an English and German speaker, and it did so well. Watch video below.

The Skype Translator is expected to come to users of Skype before the end of the year as a Windows 8 beta app.
So you guys need not bother learning a second language, leave it to Skype Translator to do all the work for you. On second thought, learn another language. Skype is not the only place where you speak with people who speak a different language.
